    Michael is the co-founder and Director of Operations for the Williams Group. His commitment to community service and corporate social responsibility is the driving force behind our organization.

    His goal is to do even more empowering clients that wish to increase their community impact, whether it's through procurement, marketing or internal initiatives. Michael boasts a truly impressive volunteer portfolio but his true happy place is out on the practice field working with young people as a volunteer coach with the U13 Sylvan Lake Bears.

    Michael has called Alberta home for many years but remains deeply connected to his Saskatchewan roots, having been born and raised in Moose Jaw. Michael holds a Bachelor of Management degree, a Marketing diploma and is a Certified Bookkeeper.

    Denise has been a driving force behind the establishment and growth of our TWG Foundation and its Indigenous scholarship programs demonstrating a deep commitment to fostering education and opportunities within Indigenous communities. In addition, with her dedication to creating impactful initiatives reflects her broader vision of social responsibility and community engagement.

    With decades of experience as a former executive in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Denise has a unique perspective that enriches the company's strategic direction.

    Jason Heistad, Channel Partner for the Innisfail/Central Alberta region, soon joining The Williams Group full-time.

    You won't find many indiviudals who can match Jason's dedication and commitment to serving his community. While most politicans are content to serve within the scope of their elected office, Jason gives a massive amount of his spare time, sitting on numerous boards and working groups as a private citizen.

    As an Innisfail Town Councilor for the past 18 years, Jason's connections to his community run deep, his appetite for social change and making the world a better place makes him an ideal fit to help TWG Foundation meet its objectives.

    Richard Adams, managing partner at Chamber Supply Co., overseeing Saskatchewan Government and regional businesses, ensuring seamless supply services.

    We are very pleased to have Richard Adams as a board member with TWG Foundation. For over 25 years, Rich has been donating his time each winter to work with young people as a high school basketball coach and his financial acumen has caused him to be tapped numerous times as a volunteer for multiple organizations to act as their board treasurer including his CUPE local and his community golf course.
