Our Board
Michael Williams
Michael is the co-founder and Director of Operations for the Williams Group. His commitment to community service and corporate social responsibility is the driving force behind our organization.
His goal is to do even more empowering clients that wish to increase their community impact, whether it's through procurement, marketing or internal initiatives. Michael boasts a truly impressive volunteer portfolio but his true happy place is out on the practice field working with young people as a volunteer coach with the U13 Sylvan Lake Bears.
Michael has called Alberta home for many years but remains deeply connected to his Saskatchewan roots, having been born and raised in Moose Jaw. Michael holds a Bachelor of Management degree, a Marketing diploma and is a Certified Bookkeeper.
Denise Bryan-Williams
As the visionary behind the TWG Foundation and its Indigenous scholarship programs, Denise plays a pivotal role in expanding educational access and opportunity for Indigenous youth. Her commitment to community, equity, and social responsibility is reflected in every initiative she leads.
With decades of leadership experience across both corporate and non-profit sectors, Denise brings a unique and strategic perspective to the organization. Her ability to bridge business insight with meaningful community impact continues to shape the direction and purpose of The Williams Group.
Jason Heistad
You won't find many indiviudals who can match Jason's dedication and commitment to serving his community. While most politicans are content to serve within the scope of their elected office, Jason gives a massive amount of his spare time, sitting on numerous boards and working groups as a private citizen.
As an Innisfail Town Councilor for the past 18 years, Jason's connections to his community run deep, his appetite for social change and making the world a better place makes him an ideal fit to help TWG Foundation meet its objectives.
Richard Adams
We are very pleased to have Richard Adams as a board member with TWG Foundation. For over 25 years, Rich has been donating his time each winter to work with young people as a high school basketball coach and his financial acumen has caused him to be tapped numerous times as a volunteer for multiple organizations to act as their board treasurer including his CUPE local and his community golf course.
